Medusa is a worker-owned cooperative. Every clinician here is an owner or on the path to ownership. We offer trauma-informed, affirming therapy for people with complex inner worlds, particularly folks who are LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, or carrying the impact of trauma. We also work with therapists and other helpers who are used to being the one holding everything together.

Glass Recovery And Sustainable Systems (GRASS)

We want to be an example of what zero waste will look like Baltimore and beyond. At least 75% of what we dispose of is reusable, recyclable, and compostable, which means so many small businesses could and should be created in Charm City.
